PREPARING A DILUTION

HOW TO CALM THE INTENSITY OF A REMEDY

 

If you feel that you ARE NEEDING TO TAKE YOUR REMEDIES IN A GENTLER WAY, IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR response to a remedy is too reactive, uncomfortable or indeed severe then you CAN make a dilution to help BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS AS OUTLINED BELOW.

 
 

HOW TO PREPARE A DILUTION

  1. PAUSE the remedies in your usual prescription.

  2. If you are able to, sterilise a small cup (approximately 5oz or 100-150mL) with boiling water, pouring the water out directly. If this is not possible ensure you are using a clean glass/cup.

  3. Fill your cup with cooled boiled water or if you do not have the facility, ensure that you are using clean water.

  4. Take a pillule, a granule or one drop of the liquid remedy that you that have most recently taken or that you feel overstimulated by and place it into the cup.

  5. Stir once and then take a tablespoon of this solution.

  6. If there is no change then you can REPEAT after an hour remembering to stir gently once first before taking one tablespoon. .

  7. Seal the cup with a lid or cover and store.

  8. If there is no change then REPEAT in an hour, remembering to stir gently once, then taking one tablespoon.

  9. If a third and final dose is needed then REPEAT once again. You can take this at the same time that you are scheduled to take the next dose of your prescription. For instance tonight you are prescribed CHELIDONIUM 30C however if the dilution is needed you will take this instead.

  10. If you are feeling settled then continue on as per your schedule from the the following day.

  11. If you have taken all three repetitions of the dilution and do not feel improved then please contact me to assess whether an intercurrent remedy is needed.
